How do I choose the right option?

Open a product to see its available lengths and prices. If you want help comparing options, send us the product name on WhatsApp before placing your order.

How do I place an order?

Add ordinary products to your cart, enter a Nigerian delivery address, then choose Paystack or bank transfer. Paystack is available only for products with tracked stock. Transfer orders continue on WhatsApp.

What does the checkout total cover?

The checkout total covers products only. Delivery cost and timing are quoted separately on WhatsApp and are not included in a Paystack or bank-transfer product payment.

Can I request wigging or revamping?

Yes. DONNA HAIR offers wig construction and wig revamping. Visit the Services page, then contact us with a photo or a short description of what you need.

How should I care for my hair?

Care depends on the texture, construction, and any custom treatment. Ask us for guidance for the exact product you purchase, especially before colouring, cutting, or applying heat.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery timing and cost depend on your address. We confirm both separately on WhatsApp after your product order is placed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligibility depends on the condition of the hair and whether it has been worn, altered, or had its lace cut. Read the Shipping & Returns policy before ordering.
