Checkout is available for Nigerian delivery addresses only. Website totals cover products, not delivery.
After an order is placed, DONNA HAIR confirms delivery cost and timing with you on WhatsApp. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a ready-stock item. To qualify, it must be unworn, uncut, unwashed and unaltered, with its lace intact and in its original packaging.
You pay exchange delivery unless DONNA HAIR sent the wrong item or confirms a defect.

Tell us within 48 hours and include clear photo or video evidence. We will review the item before confirming the available resolution.

Preorders are non-refundable after confirmation. If DONNA HAIR cannot supply the preorder, you may choose a refund or an agreed replacement.
Approved custom wigs and colour work are final except where DONNA HAIR verifies a workmanship defect.
